Architecture, above all, is a tool for social change. Designing and building a house well is about improving the lives of the people who will live in it.
A house is a life project. So is PRODE. Joselo started playing basketball at five, going to the court to watch the professionals. That was his first reference. He has given his life to the game as a player and as a manager, and he is an architect, like his father. His strength is teamwork: passing on the drive and the value of effort. Basketball gave him autonomy, recognition and unforgettable moments, and now he wants other kids to live what he enjoyed.

As a kid he climbed the walls of the municipal gyms and switched the lights on without permission to play basketball with his friends.
Francisco calls himself an entrepreneur: his mind works on what to create and how to make it grow. PRODE is a result of that search, a different kind of result. It’s not a device for generating income, but a space to open the sport up to everyone in his city, Encarnación, and in any city that wants to take part. Just as it was for him: from very early on, basketball is an opportunity.
